Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer at The Coastal Humane Society!
We serve as many as 2,500 animals per year. We cannot do it without people like you.
Our volunteer needs range from weekly commitments to once a year and everything in between.
We look forward to rewarding times together!

Walking is a wonderful way to provide both emotional and physical health to an impounded animal. CHS has a great maze of wooded
walking trails for our volunteers to use to give their animals a "cage break". Not only does it ease
the obvious stess of impoundment, but also makes them more likely to find their forever homes!
