“I was volunteering at the shelter last summer when I decided to adopt Hektor (left). He was one of about 20 puppies that came up from down South. Sophie(brindle) is his big sister, best friend and soul mate! They do everything together, but Hektor's favorite thing is to snuggle! They even sleep in the same crate together. I'm so glad we have Hektor!”

“Emma, the black lab is a former shelter dog (CHS) who was dropped off in the middle of the night with a box full of new born pups. Emma was in the shelter for 5 months before she "found me". She is the sweetest pup. Pooh Bear, the little gray cat, was rescued from a country house where he was in bad shape due to flea infestation. Pooh and Emma became fast friends and adopted one another. They live with 3 other cats and another dog.

“These are my two little ones, sisters Elsa on the left and Lina on the right. They are very often found in my double sinks in the bathroom. For some reason they love them and are always in them (although of course they want each other’s sink!) In this picture Elsa is making a ploy for the right sink while Lina watches.”
