Rusty is a 2 year old beagle; he is neutered and weighs 27 pounds.
Rusty is a very outgoing and personable boy.
He is very active and would do well in an active household with children ages five and older.
Rusty likes other dogs but chases cats. He is house trained as well as crate trained and knows how to “sit”.
Because Rusty can be protective of beds and furniture, he should never be allowed on them.
His own bed will be just fine for this little guy.
He needs to have plenty of toys to preoccupy him from chewing and digging.
As typical of all beagles, Rusty is a “Nose on Wheels”! Rusty is being treated for Lyme disease.
